These are the botanically dyed small 50g skeins of its big sister Big Merino 150 – ideal for combining, for colorwork yokes, and great accents.
Big Merino is a fantastic Merino wool yarn in sock weight – a wonderfully soft yarn with a beautiful sheen, naturally mulesing-free. Big Merino works well for sweaters, cardigans, and scarves as well as for gloves or hats.
It can easily be machine-washed on a wool cycle – just avoid fabric softener, as it doesn’t like that at all.
Also available as a set with the knitting pattern “Spiral Arms of the Galaxy” – 100g of yarn is required for the hat!
