Achieving Great Things Together!
Sometimes, it’s precisely these moments that show us how much we can achieve together. This year, the Charity Dyeing and other Alte Künste initiatives have raised an incredible €883.50 for kila mtoto – a sum that makes a bigger difference than one might initially think.
What Happens to the Money?
The collected donations flow directly into our passion project: school meals for the children of Rabai Hope Nursery School in Rabai, Kenya. This preschool not only offers early childhood education but also prioritizes providing the children with one warm meal per day. For many children in the region, the school meal is often the only complete meal of the day.
With the €883.50, we are all collectively contributing to ensuring that these meals can continue to be provided. Because education and nutrition go hand in hand: A well-fed child learns better, has more energy, and better chances for a successful future.
Charity Dyeing 2025: Creative and Social Together
A large portion of the donations comes from the Charity Dyeing 2025 campaign. This creative initiative has once again proven that fun, community, and social responsibility can be wonderfully combined.
Whether dyeing, knitting, crocheting, or creative crafting – all participants have not only invested their time and creativity but also actively contributed to us reaching this impressive sum. But this year, it wasn’t just the Charity Dyeing alone! No, we also had great support from designers and yarn shops!

At this point, we simply want to pause and say thank you. Thank you to every single person who participated, donated, or supported the campaign. Moments like these remind us how strong a community can be.
Every contribution, no matter how big or small, is part of this success. Only together could we reach this sum – and only together can we continue to support children in Rabai, enable a better future for them, and make them feel that they are not forgotten.
Why Such Projects Are Important
The Rabai Hope Nursery School is more than just a place of learning – it is a safe space for children who often face difficult living conditions. Access to education and regular meals offers these children not only a perspective but also hope.

In the future, we will continue to advocate for kila mtoto and the children in Rabai. The new Charity Dyeing 2026 is already being planned to continue raising donations and doing good.
